Return Policy

As this course is delivered in-full upon purchase, and completely digitally, returns and/or refunds are not available. We encourage you to enjoy all of the available free content on our Instagram, Facebook account to determine if Chiara’s Experiences method and coaching style are right for you before making your purchase.

If the student doesn’t show for whatever reason, no refund is given

The programme/membership/lessons are not refundable, if you cannot commit to the study and come to the live sessions you will receive the material anyhow but you cannot claim money back. Only in case of serious illness problem you can discuss this further with the teacher and find an agreement to postpone the course/membership.

If you want to stop the course/membership please let Chiara’s Experiences know but remember the course/membership already paid is not refundable
